Is it true that in olympic events blood sampling is done after the event that an athlete is participating? And none of the American Athletes for the 2008 Olympics had their blood samples drawn 30 days before they competed?

An example is Bahrain's Rashid Ramzi winner of the men's 1500m final at the Beijing Olympics.

If this is true then illegal substance can still be detected right after the fight of Manny so testing during the week of the fight is baseless since olympic athletes are being tested after there event.

Thats how I feel too but at the same time, I think Manny is being a big baby about the whole thing. It does make him look guilty in a lot of peoples eyes and this will linger over all he has accomplished when fans or historians look back at his career some day. Just like there are a ton of people that say Mosley is or was on roids, and Mosley doesn't even look it compared to Pac.
