HAD THEIR BLOOD SAMPLES DRAWN 30 DAYS BEFORE THEY COMPETED!!!! SAMPLES WERE TAKEN AFTER THEY COMPETED!!!! MANNY'S DEMAND FOR TESTS HEW CLOSELY TO THIS OLYMPIC 2008 USADA ACTION!!!!
