    Innocent until proven guilty?

Guess not in America. People continuosly say "if you're clean, prove it!" Well my friends, it's not that cut and dry. You accuse someone of something, you better be ready to prove it. It's not supposed to be the other way around. This might be news to GBP and Mayflower, but they have no authority over testing in boxing. Independent state athletics commissions do. And unless the NSAC has reason to believe Pacquiao is a cheater and force him to take these tests, then Pacquiao has no reason to. Plus the USADA has no authority in boxing. Theyve only dealt with amateur boxers!

The court of public opinion has a biased jury unfortunately in that we are all members. That is the hand Golden Boy is trying to play right now. Hopefully it will backfire on them. Not that Manny's team are being saints right now, but this **** should not have been brought up in the first place.

The sanctioning bodies of boxing never assume a fighter is on any drugs
BUT they still require all of them to take the tests, face penalties or take a hike.

Every boxer is given the benefit of the doubt, BUT must still take a test or more to show that they are NOT using any type of Performance Enhancers
        during their fights.

That has been the case for this fight thus far. Except that Olympic-style testing was part of the contract that Arum and Team Pacquiao knew about.

I don't see how that is accusing anyone of anything.

True! That's exactly what I think it is! And if I was Manny Id distance myself from Arum because of how he's handled this situation. It's gotten way out of hand. And what the hell is Michael Koncz there for? You're Pacquiaos advisor? Well advise mf'er!

All Arum had to say was "We have always used the NSAC for drug testing and will not use the services of any outside agencies for the same purposes."

Actually that wasn't part of the contract. BLOOD TESTING was. But Olympic-style testing by the USADA came later after the blood test was agreed upon. It's always something else with Mayflower.

Do you have a link(s) or source to support that?

The Nevada State Athletic Commission stated that they don't perform bloodwork. Only urine testing.

If the NSAC doesn't perform blood tests who do you think Team Mayweather was looking to use? They never mentioned any other testing agencies but the USADA.

Only Arum suggested that agencies who test players of the NFL, MLB, and NBA would be a better option AFTER they learned the USADA could not guarantee cutoff dates.

Keith kizer, CEO of NSAC, stated that if a blood test is needed, they can arrange for it to be done. You really think the USADA
actually does the testing themselves? They oversee
the testing. The actual tests are done by accredited labs. Similar to
                  how
NSAC would do a blood test-hire an accredited lab.

And sorry bro, that's what google is for.
