i dont care whos fault it is, this is not what boxing is about.
leanord, hagler, hearns and duran are far and above superior competitors for fighting the best in eachother when in todays era the elite do not fight the elite.

    this is horse****.
floyd better fight mosley and i hope mosley breaks jaw.

do NOT buy another pay per view all year.
I could not agree more. I will not buy a Pac/Paulie contest. But now watch Floyd pull the same act with Shane who has ACTUAL substance issues. That will be his excuse for not fighting Mosely. So where will the "Money" go next? Well, he just gave some to Paulie. That is a very generous Christmas present if there ever was one.
Floyd Mayweather wins the coveted "Schmuck Of The Year Award" for throwing away 30 Million big ones and a legacy over a pissing contest.
But what can you expect from a team that thinks that Panama Lewis should be reinstated.

He always fights that way, and in fact you can be assured that until recently, he has ALWAYS "stunk out" the arena, either by the way he performs, or by the low, overmatchedcalibre of his opponents. He ALWAYS makes sure to have a good edge.

It was always commonp[lace, and quite usual to see people leaving the arens during one of Mayweather's fights.

I just don't know why he has become popular, if that's what it's called.

Strange things happen in boxing. Sam Peter was thought to be a real Killer, until he fought the Klitschkos.

And the Klitschkos were thought to be hopeless automotons, until it came to be noticed that they were knocking over every opponent, no matter how highly placed he was. And they turned down nobody.

I have been watching boxing for a long time. Let me first state that neither of these 2 guys probably make my top 20 ATG list across all the weight classes....YET....

Floyd was clearly rusty against JMM. He missed plenty of countering opportunities he would normally take. His speed and footwork was a touch slower than usual too. Also his timing was slightly off. He beat him with his C game. If it was his A game he would have got the TKO in the later rds and taken even less leather in the process.

I have seen virtually all of floyds fights (some more than 4 or 5 times) and i don't understand why people maintain they are not good viewing.

Gatti, Corrales, Ndou, Chaves (Jesus), Hatton, Corley, Judah, Baldomir, Mitchell, Bruseles, Hernandez and Castillo (first fight) are all fights i enjoyed for various reasons. All these fights to me were very entertaining.

The biggest dud fight was ODLH (even though floyd won comfortably) as i thought he was even more safety first than usual and he didn't really get out of second gear offensively. I put that down to the fight being @ 54. He could have hit oscar much more if he opened up in the late rds like he ususally does (rds7-10)....if its not over by 10 and he is winning on the cards he generally goes backs down the offense.

I think you (and) others don't enjoy Floyd because you simply don't like him. You keep watching to see him lose and he keeps winning. A true boxing fan, however much they can't stand Floyd and his media persona will at least admit he is an incredibly skilled fighter. The ones who hate floyd will criticise no matter what he does.

Boxing is literally the art of hitting and not getting hit. In the last decade Floyd has been the most proficient practitioner of the "art" of boxing.

          • Safest move for Pacman's camp is to fight Malignaggi. Part of campaig may be, its better to be a winner before election day than taking risk against PBF coz loosing for sure will draw frustrations from the voters, plus this might be a preperation in case they really have intention of fighting PBF to see how Pacman will perform against Malignaggi w/c they think a slick like PBF. For PBF i dont know if they're really want to fight Pacman now! they might just want to justify Sr. allegations that Pac is using some kind of illegal medicine or they just want to make sure he's clean before fighting him. you can't blame the camp since their protecting PBF legacy as well! its better to go down and loose legally than cheated and I think they have right to suspect of what the superhuman like Pac is performing right now, they're not ignorant being part of boxing world for generations. Imagine from 106 to 145 beating all opponents just like that while so busy making movies, with series in tv, recording songs while training and after battling cotto went to his concert overnight just like nothing happens heads back to L.A on a shuttle bus were he's the only one seems awake and accepts an interview for philippine media before sunrise at L.A where you can see buboy knockout on the couch behind him, just wondering what kind of energy drink he's using coz I might wanna try one as well.

                    • Now I Know Why Jr was called PRETTY Boy Floyd..

He is definetly PRETTY! Paulie probably doesn't stand a chance againt Pac..at least he has the ball to fight Pac like a real MAN! Pretty Boy is so terrified that he had to ask Pac to get stick by a needle up his ass. What a shame. Pretty should stick to dancing permanently keep those make up all the time., seriously..at least he is safe there..some of his follower should join him too.
                      Go Paulie!!!GEt your ass kicked!!
