The fight doesnt get made & Fraudulent jr. gets to save face. He gets to hide behind the extra testing & gets to put blame on Pacquiao.
It is now legitimized to the average schmo, the mainstream fan, the superficial analysis is that Pac is using & ducked the fight with Fraud jr. when in reality & the deeper conclusion is it was Mayweather who was hesitant to get in the ring with Pacquiao.

The fights dead dude, what do you think of Jones Hopkins?
All Floyd has to agree is to fight Manny the way he fought the 40 fights he has been. But instead he comes up with "extra" test that has never been done in professional boxing. What a crackhead!!
thats ONE way of lookin' at it......there's also ANOTHER way as well......explore ANOTHER way as well......THERE you may find what MOST BOXING fans have already found.......just take off the Pacman pomm pomms and use some COMMON SENSE....thats all it takes, COMMON SENSE!!.....as long as you wear those pomm pomms you'll be on here trying to defend more guilty men than the late Johnny Conchran!!

Your reasoning would have made more sense if:
1. Manny himself had called out Floyd on live TV and not left it up to his fans to do it.
2. Arum and Team Pacquiao had refused Olympic-style drug testing from the start instead of agreeing to play along.
3. If Floyd had refused to be tested randomly like Pacquiao would have been. Instead, Floyd agreed to be tested in the most effective way to quell any doubts and concerns about being clean and making it a fair fight.
