Cotto would probably lose but the fight (By UD because Floyd won't KO him) but would be pretty similar to Cotto/Clottey (Minus the cut unlles it happens again) the only thing is Mayweather would land a better % than clottey (In the 40's) and Cotto would land 20% or so. Cotto would throw a lot of punches and Floyd like Clottey would be accurate but not busy.

If it happens atr MSG Cotto might steal a couple of close rounds and it could get interesting based on the crowd reactions and Floyd's low punch count.

Now if they talk about making it at Yankee Stadium then MAYBE but even then I doubt Mayweather goes anywhere other than Vegas or UK (so he claims)..

But then you gotta take in to consideration that Mayweather will be having to deal with Arum..that's like Oil and Water..so who knows..
