1. Floyd backed out of Floyd Vs Oscar 2, that fight would have been huge, and had the floyd sr training oscar story line, so money is not an issue to make a fight happen

4. Money can fight anyone and do 700k plus ppv, so he can take easier fights with a higher percentage and maybe not make as much money, but definatly enough to pay off the irs and have a very comfortable living.

Manny is either a "principle is more important than money" or a "I have something to hide and can't risk my upcoming election" and Floyd cares more about his undefeated record than money, he's turned down many lucrative fights against really tough competition.
