Revisiting Taylor vs Pavlik 2.

I just recently rewatched this fight and kept a scorecard, personally I thought Taylor won it by a few rounds. The scorecards at the end were ridiculous. What did you guys think?

I agree with you. Taylor deserved the decision. Pavlik got outboxed.

Pavlik deserved the decision over Taylor in the second fight. It reminded me of Berto-Collazo of where one fighter wanted it more in the last two rounds when the fight was even up to that point.

Only watched it once, but I had it a draw. Very, very close fight. Both had their good and bad moments, with lots of swing rounds. I think 115-113 either way is also perfectly acceptable.

I think a third meeting shouldn't be ruled out, because Taylor isn't doing **** at 168 (other than getting seriously hurt).

I don't remember exactly, but I thought Pavlik edged it by a round or 2.

Taylor was winning most of the rounds, thats why Pavlik had to step on the gas pedal at the end.

But even if he won 11 and 12, thats still only 2 rounds. He was more behind than that on my card.
