I am picking Dawson but one of the main reason is this would be the first fight off shoulder surgury for Pascal it is tough to predict how that will effect him.

I would favor Dawson without the shoulder issue but it would be much closer in my mind without that huge question mark.

Pascal has looked much better since his move up, he was up against Froch before gassing in the late rounds his stamina is much better since the move to light heavyweight.
