He definitely should agree to random blood test at least 48 prior to fight and immediately right after. If Pac and Arum still insist with that 30 days window than it is useless even though I believed he's not in ane PED. I can understand their reasons for not being pushed around but I can't blame people especially the jealous haters for being su****ious either.
