But not the random testing, which is the most important measure in the whole testing procedure.

Pac agreed to testing blood, but team mayweather (including GBP) still made statements questioning pac's cleanness.
It's reasonable to question someone if they refuse to prove themselves innocent. The only logical assumption is that they don't want the issue resolved as the conclusion would be even more damaging than the current su****ion is.

in the end, the goal was to tarnish pac's reputation and they've accomplished that. trust me, NO AMOUNT OF TESTING WILL SATISFY FLOYD OR HIS SUPPORTERS. THEY WILL ALWAYS SAY PED TESTING ISN'T 100 % FULLPROOF.
Scheduled blood testing isn't effective enough.

The goal was to ensure a level playing field in the biggest fight of Floyds career. I don't think any of this was to intentionally tarnish his reputation. How would they know Pac would refuse to random blood testing? It seems like a pretty simple request to me.

Because Pacquiao wants a 30 day cut off. I would have questioned it also.

Others suspect, because Team Mayweather has made it the centerpoint of their negotiation tactics.

A test is not character assassinating Pacquiao.
Yes it is. They are character assassinating Pacquiao. That's what this was all about from the beginning. That's why Team Mayweather is now backing off of their hard stance on the USDA testing and willing to compromise.

Its a chance to ensure a level playing field.
You're right, Pac was beloved, Floyd was hated... so Team Mayweather started this PED talk to level the paying field so some people would turn on pac and support mayweather. classic swiftboating.

Its a simple test that shouldn't have even been an issue since both fighters are being subjected to them.
Athletes are superstitious people. if they believe that performing some ritual helps them win and you stop them from performing that ritual it effects them mentally.

For some, its abstaining from sex, for others like pac, its not drawing blood before a fight.

IN ANY CASE, PAC IS WILLING TO GIVE BLOOD, JUST NOT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE FIGHT.

Hardly anybody cared about what Floyd Snr had to say, Pacquiao not agreeing to the test has caused people to suspect him. If he had agreed to it he would have received praise from the majority of boxing fans, instead he has caused people to question why he refused.

Check out my Timeline thread on how Pacquiao and his team caused all this. OST/ USADA shouldn't have been made public AT ALL.
