If a person takes HGH a year before a fight or the day before the fight advantages are about the same. let alone the weight gain issues that may present themselves. taking the blood that close to the fight is not nessassary and it would not detect if he took them a yr ago. Steroids are different they can be detected by urine testing. and someone could gain an advantage for the fight but still might have trouble with his weight.
