No doubt the best boxer on the planet and would give Mayweather all kind of trouble if they do fight, but i have to wonder why the best boxer on my planet would reject a random drug test and a huge pay and make people doubt and questioned him when he could erase all of that by just taking the test.

Usain bolt the fastest man on the planet has never tested positive for anything but he still get tested at random and because he has nothing to hide he takes them and then got out there and kick ass.

DLH didnt take any tests for floyd and neither did Hatton and JMM. THeir legacies arent hurt so pacs is not hurt as well. People think PBF is so powerful he can ruin legacies?
