Considering GBP and Floyd's agreement to less stringent drug testing, and Top Rank's stance on the situation....here's what i propose:

1 random blood test. Anytime between now and 3days before the fight, and 1 immediately after the fight in both fighter's dressing rooms, and unlimited urine testing.

Would this be sufficient to appease all parties involved and the fans???

2 blood tests and thats a deal but to be fair i dont think arum,roach and manny really want the fight,theyve got everything they wanted 50/50 split,8 ounce gloves,10 mil for every pound over the ww limit and even change the drug teasting company and they still wont accept it,face it hes being a coward and ducking no matter what way you look at it

Yep I agree , Team Pac dont want to risk fighting Floyd , he is too good for them so this is their sleazy way out , they dont want the fight , blatant duck .
