because they know mayweather won't fight them unless they are legit draws. and pacquiao is the easier fight. not to say that pac is an easy fight because he definitely isn't, but they just have a better chance against him over floyd.

Because there is actually a chance of Manny saying yes to fighting them without asking for ridiculous demands. Among those you mentioned, only Bradley will be considered by Floyd because he is undefeated but will eventually say he isn't a draw so the fight will not be made. Matthew Hatton is a bigger draw than Bradley.
