Would talks go smoother if Pac was managed by Satan instead of Bob Arum?

Today we heard from the Mayweather Camp:

We are OK to move off USADA

We haven't discussed anybody else because the fight we want to bring to the fight fans is the one with Pacquiao," "The focus is on getting Mayweather-Pacquiao done

We also heard from Pacquiao himself:

I am still willing to Fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. I never said the fight was off or I do not want to fight him

Then we heard from Bob Arum...

we're not going to pander to this petty bull****
...Let’s see if he(Schafer) can justify it to Mayweather why this fight is now dead.”

Both fighters seem to want this bout, boxing fans want it, HBO, Vegas and the sponsors definitely want it. Its clear Bob Arum is the one holding things up.

So my question is: Do you think Pac would be better off if he hired The Prince of Darkness to manage his career? Do you think Mr. Satan would be a little more receptive, and cooperative with negotiations than Arum is being right now?
