If Pacquiao can change the rules by fighting a champion in cotto at 145 for the 147 championship and get it sanction by the boxing body why cant Mayweather ask for a stricter test for both fighter if both of them have nothing to hide??

GBP just made an offer for the NSAC to conduct to random blood testing. At some point, Pacquiao is going to have to meet half way on this one simple demand that Mayweather has asked for. Mayweather asked for USADA randomized blood testing and the whole Pacquiao side went into a tailspin. So what does PBF do, he folds and tries to be flexible enough to work with Team Pac.

If Pac's side doesn't agree to this, it's a done deal as far as his legacy being tainted.

And if fighting another fighter who is being trained by a trainer who has been tied to using steroids and PEDs before isn't enough to have this single stipulation thrown in, I don't know what gives the right to PBF to call for this.

it doesnt matter. the point is, that the rules in place currently have been good enough for every other fighter fighting in vegas, including floyd himself. what gives him the right to change those rules. absolutly nothing. he is a boxer, not a doctor.

Pacman agrees to drug test immediately after the fight. If hes using illegal drugs surely it will show on the testing after the fight since on the actual fight he need that **** drugs. He will not use the enhanced drug on promotional tour, 30 days or 2 days before the fight but on fight night. Badweather sr surely using drugs daily

Lol no you dont need the drug on fight night, You need it in training camp to build you up in the lead up to the fight, Anyone would know that by now.

I still don't see why you are trying to defend somebody who has been accused instead of just believing they're actually clean and stating they should just agree to the random blood test. What if Pac's looks far less spectacular against his next opponent or he does lose to Mayweather (he will). Would you then have your doubts about how great he is and why you even made goofy statements like "why change the rules, why change the rules?"

I think MP should not fight Floyd because of size difference (one is bigger than the other) and MP does not need the money anymore. He is already veryveryvery rich and famous in the Philippines now. I think Floyd should fight other boxer of his size and prove that he still can make money in fights without the name of PACQUIAO on the scene. PEACE!!!

Exactly. Roach has been bending the rules ever since the DLH bout, but now all of a sudden, he wants to use NSAC to fight having Pac blood tested.

Well he sure has ducked Mayweather throughout the last 3 weeks. As soon as they said random blood test, Pac may just duck everyone who wants that added to the contract, unless its a feather fisted fighter (malignaggi) or a slow, unproven champion (Foreman).

Manny has been ducking Floyd like someone ducks the blue-bonnet plague. It is really getting annoying now. Manny have been using since after his last fight against Marquez for assurance purposes. I feel sorry for Hatton, Delahoya and Cotto because he certainly used against them. It is now plain as day to see. He may have used against a fighter as limited as Diaz too!! Because its the mighty Pacquiao and people have to accept all of his stipulations. When it comes time to ask for something by anyone else, he cancels the fight. Pacman is looking a lot like Donald Duck these days.
