Light welterweight is a great division right now. Hopefully Bradley vs Khan happens.

I'm not exactly sure about top 2, but he should be on this list. Only thing that can be argued against him is that I don't believe that he's fought anyone on the list. I foresee that changing in the upcoming year and have little doubt that he'll make top 5 on the list and hell even with a few wins against guys on this list come up in the P4P ranks.

Pacquiao is the top ranked fighter at Jr WW, yet he has only fought one fighter at Jr WW weight limits! BY fighting Maglinaggi he would double the number of boxers he has faced at Jr WW lol. I would respect Pacquiao much more if he fought the top fighters in these weight classes instead of cheery picking opponents. The fact of the matter is at Featherweight & SuperFeatherweight is the last time that Pacquiao fought the top talent in a respective weight class. Forget about looking at Lightweight because he only fought David Diaz who was the lowest rated Lightweight Champion (#5) in that weight class & again only one fight.

Now they are propsoing fights against Light punchers like Malignaggi or a fight with a drained light punching (look at his KO total) Foreman. ATG boxers fight the best fighters in a weight class in order to prove their greatness. They don't look for the most lightly regarded champions holding a belt to pad up their accomplishments.

^ What the **** are you talking about?

He demolished the undisputed king of that division in Ricky Hatton...and in Cotto, faced at worst the 2nd best welterweight on the planet.

Pacquiao is the lineal champ and hasn't relinquished that claim as yet. That's why he's in the champion slot.

Undisputed guy that got whipped pretty badly which shattered him emotionally thus wrecking his confidence. That is why Hatton surely selected the feather fisted Malignaggi for his next fight. I have a hard time considering him the best in a division when he has only one fight in the division without facing any of the other top fighters in said division.

Cotto has not looked the same since he was pounded by Magarito. You need to be objective about what is going on here is all I am saying.

The bottom line is the fighters brought up are two fighters that had recently come off devastating defeats (KO's) as recent as two fights back. These were not boxers on an upward trajectory and definelty not the current top fighters in their respective division.

Still only one fight in the division. Hardly the undisputed top fightter in said weight class.

I believe Manny is probably the top guy at this division, however he has not fought enough top fighters in the division to clearly make the undisputed Champion in my opinion. Winning against Bradley, Holt and another top guy (Alexander?) would clearly make him the best.
