What messed this up THE FIRST TIME is that Team Pac waited a month until they said that they wouldn't do drug testing.

The drug testing was in the contract RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. Since November.

That made everyone su****ious.

The problem was that they spent those 30 days in between throwing requests at Mayweather that they thought he would turn down. But he kept saying yes to everything, that damn spoilsport.
