No that is dumb. That's like asking a murder suspect for a blood sample because there was no blood at the scene of the crime.

You wanna accuse someone they're doing something wrong then it's up to you to prove it. Defendant doesnt have to do jack.

It's innocent until proven guilty.

possibly for a high profile case like this. child custody battles, divorces usually require drug testing for evidence.

manny is the one that needs to prove the comments were made with the direct attempt to damage him...which won't hold up because if they were made for him to loss income (damages) then why would floyd jr. agree to fight him if he passes a test he is willing to take also.

If Floyd is asking for USADA in his suit and the judge rules it, Manny will have to do it no matter how many times he's passed NSAC.

So in the end if Manny still has to go though these tests and wins, what does he really gain from this?
They both will have to pay hefty legal fees while this case is tied up.
