Its not so much the before and after. Its more the taking the random aspect out of it. Very few people fail if they know exactly when they will be tested. If its set dates then they might as well forget about the testing all together. One of the good things random testing does is it deters one from trying to use. They can show up for blood at anytime so you take a risk if you use. If you guess right you can still get away with it but guess wrong and its career suicide. The latter may keep one from taking the risk all togethe.

From what I can see Floyd hasnt said anything , it is Manny running around like a loose cannon , seriously the Pac team are screwing this fight up because they dont want a test 30 days prior to the fight , thats unacceptable and I dont blame Floyds team if they reject it .
