Shane didnt turn down Margarito fight

Boxing News just reported that Maine Events said someone is lying. I knew that wasnt true. You cant believe anything that Arum says. There is no way Shane would turn down a fight at this point in his career, espcially to Margarito. You guys act like Margarito is Hopkins. Shane can fight him now. He's not that special. He is not on the level of Forrest, Wright, or Oscar

    hmm

Margarito most certainly IS on all of those guys' levels at this point. And you seem to forget that Shane Mosley has not beaten a top opponent since 2000.

I can understand not believing in Arum's words though. He is a joke.

My point is he is still not on a level where he is to be feared and ducked. I dont think Margarito is that good. Will he beat Shane? I dont know, it's 50/50 but thats just because Shane has faded. If Margarito fights Zab, he will get KO

Margarito has always been ducked...by tito,Dlh and others going up in wieght/at that weight/passing through that weight because he is a big risk with little money to offer and not well known..he is good ..very good infact and dangerous and has a hell of a chin and hit...i hope he gets his chance to prove it soon/this year against judah or mosley or someone.
Also Margarito has be starving to prove himself/make money/be on top i dont see him turning anyone down anytime soon.

Wow, that is crazy, Tito ducking
Margarito , same Margarito who Santos slaped around. Mosley, Judah, and Oscar would beat him, times up.

              joke

Yeah, Santos HARDLY slapped Margarito around. That fight got stopped on cuts and Margarito was starting to get the better of him. Still a close fight, but anytime a 147 pound fighter just elects to slug it out with a 154 it deserves some merit.

What Zab is going to ko Margarito because he ko'd spinks?
Spinks is a good boxer but anyone with sense can see that Cory wasnt on his game at all! He was barely moving let alone slipping and doing his norm.

Still it takes Judah 9 rounds to ko someone with no pop whatsoever.

Take a look at Judah's last 5 fights and besides the last with Spinks, you tell me why I'm supposed to be impressed.

Was it the Corley split decision?
              the Spinks loss?
Wait..it must have been the one point, ONE POINT victory of Rafael Pineda!
Or no, my bad, must have been the 1rd ko over Wayne Martel. He was on his way to a title shot you know? lol
Yeah, he ko'd Spinks the 2nd time around.

Out of those 5 fights, not one of them had a punch.
With Margarito, at the least, Judah is going to have to take one to give one.

And we all know how well Judah takes it.

Excuses, where can you prove their was such a weight differnce?
Margarito moved his punk ass up, and got ***** slaped down by a guy, whos not a power puncher, twice he got cut, Judah, Mosley, and Oscar all did better than him moving up, cause their better.

News flash, it was a headbutts that caused the stoppage!

Margarito came up in weight to fight. And held his own in a decent scrap.

Judah got his ass rocked at 140. Nuff Said.

people are really harsh on shane, I mean even though he hasn't won since 2000 I think the caliber of fighters he has faced should gain him some credit. He could be dangerous again if he gets more confidence and maybe a tuneup fight to let him adjust to being back at this weight. If he does become comfortable again I think he could become his old dominate self again.
