that requires a overhaul of the system which means spending money. I dont know how that's gonna go over for NSAC.

I agree the NSAC should make a statement, but they are known to be a less than legitimate testing body.

Where do the NSAC get their funding from? Do they get a % of the boxers purses?

THEIR CREDIBILITY & SOVEREIGNTY IS BEING CHALLENGED & UNDERMINED.

The precedent has been set with this test outsourcing request of another governing body. What is the NSAC going to do about this?

They should either make *********s to their testing procedures or prohibit such requests to take place in their state. They have to power not top rank, golden boy, or team mayweather for that matter.

Boxers & promotional companies are suppose to play by the rules set up by state boxing commissions, not change or supersede them.
Good points, man. The sovereignty of Nevada state itself is being questioned, if I may not sound too presumptuous.

It's not only NSAC but other state athletic commissions. Should they agree to being phased out in favor of a federal government-sponsored testing program?

A can of worms right there.

exactly. they are state run so they have to get funding from the government or tax payers.

This type of request is unprecedented & it will have to force other state boxing commissions to take notice & make some kind of change so they are prepared.
