Even if he did, getting tattooed and blood drawn are drastically different. A tattoo barely penetrates the skin and is like a scratch. I have over 50 tatts and hate having blood drawn.

The blood testing issue was just Fraud jr throwing up another roadblock thinking it would stop PAC. Drawing blood on the day of the fight CAN weaken a fighter especially smaller fighters like PAC who don't carry around a lot of water weight.

Roach called it as it was, Fraud jr throwing up roadblocks trying to gain any and all possible advantages, with no intention of following through even when all those conditions were agreed to.

pac never said that. it was arum. but there was a video pac saying he will never let his blood be drawn so close to the fight. it was after the first morales fight.
