Probably not as their is no testing required just before the fight yet Pac still said lets go to court and no fight , Pacs running , every bit of information coming forward Pac is shown to be running away from the fight .

The debate is that the tests were to be done by the NSAC which was agreed to by Top Rank but this week Shaefer and Haymon wanted the USADA to do the testing. The USADA has affiliations with GBP and HBO and tests up to the day of the fight which was not agreed to by Top Rank. They want up to 2 days out and right after the fight and all the urine tests requested but they are worried about the USADA messing up on the side of GBP because of affiliations. They want the testing to be neutral that's all.
