The official release from Arum is on chosen dates, which defeats the purpose of testing. It has to be random so the fighter isnt prepared for them. Also the USDA has said they will not test Pac on the day before the fight, there would be no point.

pac uses his power he will be affected if he takes 5 blood samples, you dont need to be a genius to understand this, and floyd knows this too.
