Even if the fight doesnt happen, Manny should take a blood test

No disrespect to Manny but I think its for the best
HGH which Manny has accused of taking, is only found through blood tests, although last year they designed a urine test which will be used in the future
It has all been mind-games from the Floyd Camp probably, but a few tests on Pacs terms would clear any doubts

Just to add, the only athletes to have been caught taking HGH were through admissions, no professional athlete in the US has ever tested positive.

No point taking tests unless it's while he's training for a fight.

I have to disagree. Both HGH and THG leave traces in urine and can be detected in urinology. Even Oympic regulations requires more urine sampling than blood testings. It is a fact that in the US, urinology is more prefered than blood testings. So why urinology is more prefered than blood testings? It is not a matter of economics (being cheaper).

1st: Urinology is non-intrusive compare to blood samples.
2nd: They can get more sampling in urine as compared to blood.
3rd: Chemical composition in urine is less comlicated compared to blood, making it easier to breakdown the composition and determine foreign (suspected) substance. Blood has a lot of protein variety that it makes the laboratory testing more tedious.
4th: Urine samples have more traces of foreign substance present as compared to blood since it is the natural way of disposing all substance (food, drinks, vitamins, medicines) that we consume.

Why blood samples is more prefered than urine?
1st: Traces of foreign substance leave their traces in blood much longer compared to urine. Some HGH and THG would no longer be there in the urine days, even sometimes hours after taking the PED's.

Bottomline: urinology is far more reliable source of anti-doping testings compared to blood. The only way to ensure credibility if results is to be strict in sample gathering. That means increase the frequency of urine sampling and making it a random as it can be. Proof to this is even the olympic anti-doping requirements itself. Add to that the testings in Tour the France where the frequency and randomness of testings is bordering already to ridiculous where a sampling agent can knock on your door at the wee hours of dawn just to get your samples.

If they want a much better accuracy in this anti-doping requirements, they should have demanded a hair follicle testing and not just blood testings.
