Apparently in BoxingScene you have to be at Prime at the very beginning, if you start improving like Pacquiao you are now considered as a "Cheater".

I guess all the knowledge and hardwork does nothing but discredits the fighter.

PAC has alway been a good fighter. It's just that when Pac moved up he knew that he couldn't just braw with them big guys anymore.
