the real reason is because Pac knows the olympic testing will give mayweather an edge.

Let's say pac has been on roids right. What's stopping him from not taking any this fight and agree to the testing and pass with flying colors and win or lose he'll earn about 40 mil and he'll just say he lost to one of the best and he can retire and go into politics. He'll still have a decent career to look back on even if he did lose to mayweather.

But that's not the case, he knows money has been through the process of olympic testing and that will give him an edge over manny. Manny has no idea how it will affect his mind and body(actually he does know it will affect him negatively think back to morales fight) But manny doesn't want to give him any kind of edge, because unlike mayweather, manny wants to win and cares about legacy not just money.
