You all mentioned some good names.

I have some candidates though: Floyd Patterson (fast hands but slow with the feet), Howard Davis (jr.) and Willie Pep should also be mentioned.

I know I'm gonna get sonned for this but Toney had amazingly fast hands in some of his bouts. His slickness and fluid work on the inside made him look even faster. And let's not forget about his display of technique (but that's another subject though)...

Fast as Ray Leonard was, he wasn't as fast as Roy Jones. Also, I dont think his left was faster than Ray Robinsons. He shouldn't be ahead in the ranking.
