Rigo is a pure counter puncher. If the opponent is not agressive and throws not manny punches, it could get a bit boring. I dont know Caballero well, does he throw manny looping wide punches? If yes Rigo will murder him. O is he a defensive specialist whos fighting backwards? Then Rigo could have a problem and it will be boring. Roach needs to develop Rigo a lil bit more to an agressive coming forward fighter, at least if he has to.Comment

'Rigondeaux is 29-years-old and turns 30 in less than a year'
...that made me chuckle; kinda stating the obvious don't you think.
As for Rigondeaux: I don't buy into the hype too much to be honest. I've seen all of his fights and although he has truly world class skills I don't rate his power and can see him struggling big time if he is put in with Caballero.Last edited by The Monk; 12-26-2009, 08:46 AM.Comment

Weak ass post because what you are mentioning are two different scenarios from the Cab-Juan Ma rivalry. First of all, Williams wasn't in Mosley's weight class when Shane turned him down and he didn't have a title. HBO didn't and still doesn't want to touch a Quintana-Williams rubber match with a 10 foot pole. HBO on the other hand was very interested in a Cab-Juan Ma fight. Too bad that Juan Ma wasn't interested with it being a fight for all the marbles and belts. Duck, duck, goose.Comment

They offered Caballero 150K for the fight, by far his biggest Payday and he didnt want it, so **** him!
Why Caballero hasnt gone after Poosawat? Hipocrit much?Comment

Juan Ma can't beat Poon either. And yeah, I think Cab is a hypocrite if he doesn't fight him. But does that change the fact that Lopez hurt his own legacy by leaving unfinished business at 122 as well?Comment
