Does this little boy, 23 year old, really grasp what he is up to face?
His management is throwing in the boy a bit too early to the Lions, after all, the boy has faced really soft opponents up to now.
I am already feeling sorry for DeMarco.
lmao so valero has faced really good oposition?? is funny how theres alot of dumb people here posting and they don't know **** about boxing they just go with the hype without having any knowledge of boxing. Valero has power he sure as hell does but he hasn't faced any good opponents yet that i can say wow. Demarco sure as hell does have a chance to outbox valero possibly ko him too. I am not saying demarco will win for sure or valero will win for sure but is going to be a tough fight for both.
I said the same thing about the martinez vs williams fight when everybody that didn't new **** about boxing was counting martinez out cause he wasn't popular we knew what happen with that fight. There are lot of overhyped boxers out there these days williams, valero, juan manuel lopez etc I'm not saying they aren't good but they sure as hell not as good the media makes them seem to people that don't know about boxing go along with the hype.
Neither fighter has fought top notch competition, therefore it is difficult to have a good feel for their abilities. Valero is a tough brawler with great punching power which makes him a big threat for any fighter that steps into the ring against him. Demarco will need to prove he has the skills & guts to beat a top notch puncher. Good litmus test for both fighters.
DeMarco needs to make a distance fight with nice ring movement, score and out, counterpounch and out, if he got in trouble tie, just as Velazquez was trying to do...
I just have seen his fight against Rayimkulov and he got really big shots from Kid Diamond and did a very smart fight....
If DeMarco boxes and tie and never get into a Brawl he could have a chance to make it up...
