He said "performance-enhancing drugs". And he said it in direct response to Pacquiao's name. You'd have to be a complete moron not to realize what was being insinuated.

I don't recall Mayweather jr ever saying he has taken or even believes he has taken steroids...he just asked for randomized blood tests..

Roger and Sr on the other hand...

See I am not sure if Pac has even a case. I have to look at all the interviews to make sure. But, I think Sr said that but also said "I think", "in my opinion", I "never seen anything like this before" So all that is just opinions. I am not a lawyer so I don't know if you can get sued for giving an opinion. I think it will be different if he would of said "I know he is" or "I seen him do it" stating it as a fact. Again I don't remember the words but I don't see how you can get sued for giving an opinion. But, I might be wrong cuz I don't know all that law **** works.

If the case is filed in a state that recognizes "per se" defamation, where the allegations are presumed to cause damage to the plaintiff, the case will roll.

Attacks on a person's professional character or standing are considered per se defamation.

Regarding the "matter of opinion defense," accusing someone of being a lousy boxer is opinion.

Accusing someone of using illegal drugs without valid proof is defamation.

So it all depends on what state is filled in?

And, who exactly does Pac has a case against? Going by what you saying Floyd Sr, I guess Oscar cuz he had the little blog in "The Ring" and he also switched his stance of how hard Pac hits. Does he have a case against Jr?

Does he even have a case against some fighters like Cintron and Malignaggi?

after their 4th court appearance and all the hassles that a lawsuits brings, sign the contract and agree to the blood tests. they get in your mind, go get inside their mind as well.
see if mayweather can have a court date in the morning and a fight at night.LOL.

IMHO I dont care if Manny has a case or not ....

at least court of law will clear things out more and probably shut up the mayweathers BASELESS/UNPROVEN accusations...

remember guys PAC has not lost on his two earlier lawsuit in the US, albeit those are boxing/boxer situation related and the "Muhammad Ali Pact" played a BIG role on his behalf....

anyways crazy as it sounds I still believe that Manny's latest position is a step forward to finally making the PAC-PBF or PBF-PAC fight ...

If i were PAC i'll just challenge the mayweathers to take all the PEDS they can for a month or 2. then give each of them one big left cross on the face! Let's See if PEDs can help them absorb the punch like what their been saying. LOL!

the mayweathers, since pac's lawyers can easily show an element of malice in the father and son's statements in the media.

the state where it is filed plays some significance because some u.s. states do not recognize per se defamation.

the bhop defamation case could serve as jurispridence.

as regards gbp and dlh, i don't know if pac's team can pin them down.
