The problem is spectators who are not thinking and just goes on to what the media say. As said before, PEDs are only effective during heavy training. Everybody know the week before the fight is the time training slows down. Even the number of sparring is decreased. So basically using PEDs during those times doesn't even make sense or won't even contribute to anything. The fighter's skills ain't gonna go up with steroids, lol.

Mayweather has agreed to everything, period. Arum, Pac, Roach, and Pac fans cant get around that, even the last minute 10 Million per pound demand. Everything.
