He is not fighting Malignaggi, what can they get from him? As for Floyd, his losing $40M because of this baseless accusation. Though he didn't really intend to sue in the first place because he really is not that type of guy. But the Mayweathers are going extreme.

not necessarily, pac is still up for it. he called floyd a coward and challenged him when he announced his planned lawsuit. let's see if floyd steps up to the plate.

Unless the Mayweathers changes their tune and go with suggested NSAC blood-urine random testing and the fights get made, he'll probably sue them.

Manny would be better off trying to make Floyd pay in the ring...
it ain't a ***** move, pac rep is taking serious hits due the to allegations. he's doing the right thing, take em to court to prove that he's clean, collect damages and then meet floyd in the ring. he just called floyd a coward and challenged him, i ain't hearing anything back from floyd yet.. let's see if he steps up.

I would love for Paulie to demand the US doping agency to be involved.
Team Pacquaio would just laugh at Paulie and say "next in line".

Rather than just take the blood test and prove everyone wrong, as he should, he is trying to sue the Mayweathers?
How many people will be involved in the suit?
Floyd has not made public comments about Manny difinitivly being on roids.

how will he prove it in court?
He will prove it by taking the test and being clean.

Of course, but Manny would take an even more serious reputation hit. Turning down two fights in a row because he is refusing to be tested by the US anti-doping agency?

Why should Pacquiao agree to do something that isn't required by the commission or sanctioning bodies? Especially for someone like Malignaggi who can be replaced in five minutes. There isn't even a shred of evidence that he is dirty.

The NSAC has known to be a less than legitimate body in regards to the rigord of their drug tests.
Take the test, man up, prove you are clean and make the biggest fight )maybe) in boxing history.
