Pac cant change the test to suit himself or you have no test , so he didnt agree ,,, this is not weight that can pick and choose to suit himself .

He has been called out but did he fight any of them? No. Remember when PBF was talking trash about Pac when Pac said its up to his promoter if there will be a Pac-Mayweather fight. His saying how come Pac can't answer that. Then in an postfight interview by Lederman(don't know which fight), PBF said its up to his manager. Then with the Brian Kenny interview, PBF can't even answer the question of a fight with any fighters i mentioned.

I watched that Gatti fight, PBF impressed the hell out of me with his skills and speed.

Why a Cotto-PBF fight didn't happen? Who knows. I believed Cotto already has the WBO title but at that stage of that career(2005), Cotto was/is not ready to fight Floyd at the time. And Cotto was just starting to make his name in boxing. PR fans might know him but not general wide(US and international).
