No test is full proof. Tim Montgomery and Marian Jones passed all of USADA test. You can even missed up 2 USADA tests.

it doesn't really matter who does the testing ....

there will be politics and loopholes regardless ...

they all do the same **** ...

they can randomize it ....
they can schedule it ...
they can do a little bit of both ....

they can be tested positive even if they are clean
they can be tested negative even if they are juiced



it does not matter ....
they just need to sign the papers already

it is up to each individual
boxing fan to do their own research
know their history and form their own opinion

Thats right but it still remains the worlds most accurate protocol , nothing is full proof but the USADA is the best out there .

Could also be after considering all the ifs and maybes that Floyd just wants to make sure Pac is clean ,,,, nothing wrong with that and all would do the same in his shoes .

The tests will always be "flawed", or at least there's ways to get around them. Chemists being ahead of the testing, look at Marion Jones not failing any tests at the 2000 Olympics.

And as for the commissions, of course there's ways around them. You have to make mistakes to get caught, and if you know what you're doing, you won't get caught.
