Not at all, The Pacman will win his law suit and will take what ever is left of Mayweather's bank account. And at the same time, Team Mayweather will be looked upon as complete idiots and will lose credibility and viewership. In other words, "They are COMPLETELY Screwed." JAT

Lday Fan, you do realize this has been bad press for Manny right? I know you love him but you do at least realize why a lot of people are taking issue with him right? I know its impossible for Manny to ever do anything wrong in your eyes but at least be in touch with reality. Floyd can be an idiot a lot of times but this time what he is asking for may do some good.

He may have something on Floyd Sr or Roger, but PBF himself never directly accused Pacquiao of taking drugs. So Pacquiao will lose there.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS: One guy agreed to olympic testing and the one guy didnt.

And in this steroid era, the guy who refuses to be tested will naturally look worse in public opinion.

He has never failed any sanctioned tests in the past so there won't be any reason for the public to believe he won't pass a different test demanded by desperate people who are obsessed with speculation. Public opinion will sway in Pacquiao's favor due to the fact that Team Mayweather will be held accountable after they lose the defamation lawsuit. JAT

The lawyers for Mayweather will be the best money can buy.

They will do a FULL INVESTIGATION on Freddie Roach and the Wild ard and Ariza and past fighters..Like James Toney who was on roids when Roach trained him.

They will also make manny take blood tests and investigate him throughly...they will bring in people that will testify against Team Pac.

They will also use this statement aginst them:

"Manny has no idea what he takes"

            Ariza

I gave Pacquiao the benefit of the doubt. But Roach and ASriza have made su****ious comments about it. But I guess your too blind, ******, or bias to see it.
Floyd hasn't signed anything, and when he does it there won't be any 10 million dollar penalties. Of course unlike Floyd's accusations, Pac's are based on fact after Mayweather screwed over JMM. I'm also running out of patience with your juvenile name calling and leaving ****** messages on my profile. But if you insist I'll handle you just as easily there as I will with boxing knowledge.

Thanks Jab. I may be wrong, but I'm totally sincere when I say I can't see two sides of the story. You'd think that Pacquaio was caught cheating like Margarito when this is just based on the ramblings of Floyd's demented father.

Pacquiao's past blood tests results will be enough in court to win this case against Team Mayweather. Floyd can buy a team of 10 lawyers but that won't give them any better chance in court. Here:

The Mayweathers Carry The Burden of Proof

                  December 25th, 2009

                  Kenneth Ragpala

                  The burden of proof.

During my stint as a debating class student, we were told that anyone who has the guts to make serious accusations, claims, and other pieces of information that could prove vital and add more validity to his argument must present evidences to support such claim.

Such is the burden of proof.

In what is now a halted negotiation for the Pacquiao-Mayweather super fight, it is clear where the snag in the agreement process stems from. Right after Pacquiao scored a devastating second round-knockout victory over Ricky Hatton last May, Hatton’s then head trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr., made some serious comments that implied the probability of Pacquiao using illegal substances that could have boosted his performances and helped him campaign successfully through various weight classes.

As time went by, the accusations grew bolder and stronger and have recently hit fever pitch when the Mayweather camp insisted on an Olympic-style series of random drug test to “level the playing field.” For Pacquiao and his people, this demand is outrageously ridiculous and does not warrant any merit at all.

                  I agree.

See, the burden of proof falls on Mayweather Sr.’s shoulders. After all, it was he who made such accusations in the first place.

But did they show any evidence that Pacquiao is indeed taking performance-enhancing drugs? No. Did they have any charts or papers or test results that reveal any signs of steroids in Pacquiao’s system? No. Was there a point in time that they present a witness that says Pacquiao is indeed taking steroids? No, they did not.

The point being driven here is that the Mayweathers are pressing a claim that is unfounded and lacks substantial evidence. Unless they can present the boxing public with just a proof to support the allegations, then Pacquiao needs not to explain himself why he does not want to undergo any other drug tests other than those required by the Commission.

And if this was a debate, which in some way it is, the Mayweathers have a heavy burden on their shoulders right now.
