I agree. Random testing is the best way to test athletes, only the agency has the right to give their own specific dates of the athletes should be tested. It's a fair statement from Manny Pacquiao side for not accepting to be test before the fight, but Floyd Mayweather will undergo through the same procedure before the fight, both fighters won't have any advantage whatsover.

topic makes no damn sense. if Pac were working his way toward making the olympics he would know what he was getting into in regards to all the drug testing. In boxing this has never happened until the major ***** move by floyd that he's trying to install for this fight.

Everybody knows its a tactic by Floyd to get into Manny's head. But by Manny not agreeing and playing along it plays right into Floyds hands.
