Actually Pacquiao's busy with his movie's premier and with preparations for elections. This steriod allegations give him nothing more but extra media exposure where he is actually painted as a Filipino being maligned by Americans - endearing him to voters more than ever.

Floyd on the otherhand will be slapped with a lawsuit and stands to lose a what probably would be the biggest payday of his career. I don't think that would be something to laugh one's his ass off.
