The USADA guidelines states they could if they decided to do it. They will not changed their guideline to accomodate anyone.

Hmmm... lots of unnecessary hatred here... Believe you and me, Pacquiao will eventually agree to the blood testing crap the Mayweather camp is demanding. Let's see what kind of excuses they will come up next time.

Like a lot of boxers, Pacman doesn't have the sophistication of an educated man. He's incoherent when he speaks even in his native language. He has a simple mind. Yet he's now a wealthy man. He doesn't even need another fight and as early as March. (Bob Arum needs it badly. Who is this Arum anyway? Why is he accepting any terms specifically the 50-50 take?) I would break away from these promoters if you and I were him. Pacman can dictate the terms of the fight. Take it or leave it.

Ever heard this quote from the movie Paradise Alley? "...He's too ****** to be scared." So for those who think that the Pacman is scared of fighting anybody...

I see. Is that acceptable by Team Mayweather is the question.

They've also stated that they will not test on the day of the fight. So what's the problem?

Please stop with the ignorance. You don't know Pacquiao personally. To base his intelligence on how well he speaks in public only reflects how poorly you reason.

I dunno, I can't see any reason why Floyd would he refused a career high payday and a career defining fight. The only doubt i have is Floyd's history of ducking fighters.

Manny is apparently very loyal to Arum who helped him or influenced his career more than anyone else. He could've done much worse without Arum, so it's understandable.

If he decides not to face Floyd, he'll have to live with the issue being raised every time he's interviewed or his name is brought up. Not that it'll make much of a difference anyway if he's content with his decision.

Hopefully you're right USADA will gladly accomodate them and Pac and Mayweather comes into senses and compromised and get this fight made. I think they will eventually.

I honestly don't believe he's avoiding Manny at all.
