    Malice and the Mayweathers

Since Pacquiao is a public figure, he needs to establish malice on the part of Floyd Jr. and Sr. for his lawsuit to prosper.

    Here's what I dug up.

    Floyd Mayweather Sr.:

"I don't think he can beat Lil' Floyd with steroids in him or not." (Grand Rapids Press)

"Man, that guy is on something. There's no way in the world he's going to be walking back a big man like that...I know Floyd is the best, but when your opponent uses something illegal, even the best can get hurt." (Sports Illustrated)

    Floyd Mayweather Jr.:

The Rugged Man interview, where he comments on Pacquiao saying the Philippines has the best illegal steroids.

Well i can tell you right now Pacquiao will just waste his money on court. They don't have a case since neither Floyd or his father accuse the pacman of anything. "He's on something" won't hold not even on a military court. He just doesn't have a case.

              Good post!

Dang the Mayweathers are screwed. Those are incriminating evidence.

We need to forward the links to Pac's lawyer. I'm sure they're already gathering evidence.

It's libel. He's accusing Pac of wrong doing without proof.

the gbp statement, particularly dlh's blog (if he himself wrote it) is filled with simple insinuations. but you can stick a fork in the mayweathers.

                  there're well done
