Its a ***** move of epic proportions. If these were two nba or nfl players that would be bad, but the fact that its one so called warrior suing another in court over trash talking is downright embarrassing for the sport.

I think he should sue Singsurat and Rustico Torrecampo too since he was too ***** to face them in the ring as well.

I agree with you, but when accusations are made to deliberately defame a person of illegal activity when it hasn’t been substantiated then law suits are used as measures against ill intent.

He didnt accuse manny of anything, its a flimsy insinuation at best and far from slander.

If Floyd Jr was hopping from network to network emphatically accusing Pac of PEDS then it would be slanderous, yes. But we havent heard a peep from FLoyd in 3 weeks. The timing of this lawsuit seems odd.

I feel sorry for manny because he has to:

#1: prove Floyd Jr is making these statements, and
#2 hes going to have to prove the statements are false.

Floyd has been on 24/7 and on ESPN multiple times and not once did he state that Pacquiao was on steroids. If Floyd Jr really wanted to slander him he do it the same way he did Mosley. Hes constantly calling Mosley a cheater, but not Pac.
