He would simply join the heap of Paq victims. The only fighters at 147 or under that belong in the ring with Paq right now are Mayweather, Pw, Clottey, or a returning Marg, and the last three of those based only on the fact that they are huge welters.

yes, Manny get's this far and just ends up losing to a guy like Malignaggi.

Paulie isn't in Manny's class and will probably get stopped in this fight happen. Either way i think they just want it as a tuneup for Mayweather and his running style.
