Should Manny Pacquiao sue Team Mayweather for Slander? It is a fact that Pacquiao's name has been dragged through the mud and that he has been asked to undergo testing demands no other fighter has ever been required to endure. The only problem with him suing is it could ruin the mega fight, but put that aside for the purpose of the poll. Please discuss.

as a boxing fan, i say don't sue cause it kills the fight.
taking manny's point of view however, golden boy and people from floyd's camp certainly made it seem like manny is not willing to take the additional tests (which is not the case at all), and came out with statements that are damaging to his name.
in conclusion, floyd and ellerbe are ****sexual lovers.Comment

(in response to Team Judah during Mosley/Judah Negotiations.) "Whatever tests they want them to take, Shane will submit to that. We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires. The fact is Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."

you should have added "floyd and ellerbe are ****sexual lovers" in the poll options. that is my final stand on this issueComment

No. Waste of time. All of this stems from Floyd Sr.'s original video comment where he clearly states before he links Manny to roids that it is "his opinion". People keep forgetting that part. Now somebody on here tried to say an opinion can be slander when malice is involved, but I'd like to know how you prove with 100% certainty that the reason behind the opinion was to defame and not to expose something you legitimately feel isn't right.Comment
