    Is this cheating?

    If a guy that does not want to agree to an additional and degrading testing scheme can automatically be labeled as a cheater.

    I have another question.

    Is a person that agrees on a catch weight and never intending to make the weight, just come in too heavy, pay a ****** relative little fine (and afterwards talk like you are the greatest ever for beating up a little guy) a cheater?
