Nevada may need to enhance their standards

Apparently the NSAC may have to raise their standards and procedures on how they do their testing. If Shane, Vargas, Toney, and Chavez Jr. were able to fight while on performance enhancing drugs, without it being detected until after a fight, maybe the Olympic USADA style testing should now be the standard in all sports. If your on steriods, I want to know before I step a foot into the ring before I fight you, NOT afterwards. EVery fighter is looking for an advantage inside and outside the ring. Yes, Manny should be tested and held to that standard with so much money on the line!

Have'nt you noticed that Mayweather is giving so many demands when he is supposed to be the challenger? Pacquiao is now the pound for pound king and with a share to the crown of welterweight champ with WBO in his belt.
