if this fight is presented to malignaggi and he excepts the fight without the test, he's a straight up flaming ****, with no character, because he is one of the loudest accusers of pacquiao cheating, and it would be hilarious to watch this chump flip flop because this would be his only chance at real money.

Manny has too much heat on him regarding the roids..so the plan is to fight his next fight DRUG-FREE against a low risk opponent(paulie malignaggi).Pac knows he's being watched closely.He will volunteer to have his blood tested(knowing he's clean)Handily beat an easy Paulie..and be able to say "see i tested clean and i beat Paulie"..which is some BS!

My prediction: Floyd Mayweather is on the phone right now with Richard Schaefer demanding that he work something out with any testing agency ASAP. There is no way Floyd Mayweather walks away from $40+ million out of mere principle and let's Paulie Malignaggi step in and take some of his money. He got what he wanted as far as more thorough blood testing. If this fight falls through then I will concede that I know nothing about the business of boxing. I expect a Christmas night announcement on ESPN that all terms are agreed on. The fact that Malignaggi is the one that went public with these steroid accusations and will now fight him with no further testing is beyond hypocritical.

I know this isn't about him, but what do u think Cotto is feeling? If PAC was or is(and I'm not saying he is) taking something! Cotto's two tough painful losses would come from loaded gloves and juice! And if that doesn't suck enough, his own promoter let this happen to him by other guys under the same banner! Wow!
