Baseless accusations are hard to prove and will only cause a bigger damage...
It really baffles me that we are fans of a sport where, in a mega fight like this, one of the men is refusing his opponents request to testing for performance enhancing drugs and some of you are going, 'well, uh, gee- why should he? The commission is fine without it.'
The boxing commissions that let Vargas, Mosley, etc. slip past their testing, and who later we found had been doping for some time. The same commissions that failed to notice Margarito's hand wrapping abnormalities until ****m Richardson stepped in. The same commissions that don't use instant replay, who don't have a review board for officials - and who allow judges to make some horribly erroneous, ridiculous scores- far too often- and keep their jobs.
This is a professional sport. Pacquiao was poised to make, what- in excess of $20 million, right? For that he can't just step up and take random drug tests? And you want to compare that to statutory ****?
God. These forums are getting infected with ridiculous threads and opinions based on emotion and very little logic....
vargas got caught............... you might have forgotten. as with james toney, a few times non the less, they caught various other fighters too, so they aren't that inept. not completely.
