    Nevada Commission could renew Mayweather-Pacquiao

The negotiations for the Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao megabout slated for the MGM in Las Vegas, thought to be near death, may yet be revived, thanks to the potential involvement of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum, told FanHouse moments ago.

Pacquiao wanted the USADA only to test him three times -- once in January, once on Feb. 13 or 30 days from the fight, and, once more in the locker room afterward.

"But if the Nevada Commission was doing it, then we would agree to do as many tests as they wanted to do -- urine and blood -- up to a certain date to be agreed upon," said Arum.
I smell BS. Its Bob Arum who dont want USADA to do the testing because Mayweather CHOSE that agency. Pacquiao is willing to participate in any blood testing all along.

Pacquiao was willing to have the test in first hand but not few hours before the fight.

Yeah, right, he only wanted three blood tests at the time he wanted them, stop making **** up.

Well if you read the article, Arum wanted to have it done by NSAC rather than a third party. They would agree to random testing.

His main argument is that he didn't want it close to the fight. Now, he's effing compromising.

The Mayweather's simply want Random blood test, and that is the key word, Pac's team wants to know when its coming, the reason why is obvious.

Arum and Pacquiao are obviously not on the same page. Arum says one thing and Pacquiao says something different. Heck i wont be surprised if Arum just made that all up .. as well as the excuses.

That's it. It was Mayweathers third party team the team Pacquiao don't agree in the first place.
